Please keep your cake at room temperature all day in winter or 3-4 hours in summer, as the softer the icing the more delicious (not straight from the fridge, please)!

• 2-Tiered Size: 5" Top and 8" Bottom (12-16 standard servings / around 30 coffee servings)
• We recommend to keep these cake in the fridge, except the Plum & Almond Cake (softer the more delicious)

If you have any leftover slices, please use an airtight container, you can then keep me up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator (remember, I contain must less white sugar so, unlike other sweet cakes, my life in the fridge isn't very long).
