Q: How can I order multiple main products for Personal Delivery to the same address without paying extra delivery fees per product?
A: Absolutely! We only charge one delivery fee per order. Simply select the ‘+$0 Only 1 Delivery Fee for Same Order’ option for the 2nd product and beyond from the Personal Delivery Suburb dropdown box.
Q: Is Personal Delivery handled by THE THREE WORDS team or third-party couriers?
A: That’s right! Your valuable orders are delivered exclusively by our in-house delivery team, 7 days a week. We do not use third-party couriers to ensure the highest quality and care. We require your email request at least 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE, if you need a cancellation (store credit or refund) or a change (date, time, quantity, delivery address, name etc).
