Please keep your cake at room temperature all day in winter or 3-4 hours in summer, as the softer the icing the more delicious (not straight from the fridge, please)!

If you have any leftover slices, please use an airtight container, you can then keep me up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator (remember, I contain must less white sugar so, unlike other sweet cakes, my life in the fridge isn't very long).
