About Me - Cake (GF)

 

Mini Size; 5" wide x 1-Layer,

Single Size; 8" wide x 1-Layer,

Double Size; 5" x 1-Layer Top & 8" x 1-Layer Bottom (2-tiered).  

Please keep me at room temperature for 3-4 hours in summer or all day in winter, as softer the icing the more delicious, not straight from the fridge! If you have any leftover slices of me, please use your airtight container up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator (remember, I contain must less white sugars so, unlike other sweet cakes, my life in the fridge isn't really long).
