- Experience in cafe/restaurant in NZ or Australia,
- People lover, what customer service actually means in Hospo (gender, age, race, etc),
- Great team player (communication skills between front-end, back-end team members and stakeholders etc),
- Understand what beautiful coffee means,
- Great cleaning standards, council compliance and tidiness,
- Retail sales experience, honesty, smile, language,
- Willing to adapt and learn new things and change existing knowledge,
- Coffee / Kitchen / Delivery / Paperwork / Customer Service / Basic Computer work, etc
