Plum Cakes - Please keep me at room temperature for 3-4 hours in summer or all day in winter, as softer the icing the more delicious, not straight from the fridge!

Carrot and Orange Cakes - Please keep these cakes in the refrigerator (or back to the refridgerator as soon as you arrive to the destination - 2 to 3 hours at room temperature would still be fine, please avoid the direct sunlight/heat).

If you have any leftover slices of me, please use your airtight container up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator (remember, I contain must less white sugars so, unlike other sweet cakes, my life in the fridge isn't really long).
